I have bet on millions of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a few days ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial $10 wager
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
