I have enjoyed countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of cash at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
